    Abbiamo fondato la Rascals Brewing Company nel 2014, dopo aver vissuto e lavorato in Nuova Zelanda, dove abbiamo sviluppato un gusto e una passione per il fiorente settore della birra artigianale. Spinti dallo spirito d'avventura, abbiamo fondato il nostro microbirrificio da 1.000 litri a Dublino.

    Whiplash began as a side project for Alan & Alex back in 2016. Both working in brewing already, they rented tanks at the weekend and released single batch small releases for fun from their own place of work and other friend’s breweries around Ireland.     Birrificio indipendente dello Yorkshire, fondato nel 2015 da John Hickling e Tom Chapman, entrambi con un background legato all’universo brassicolo. Ha uno stile ben definito che guarda spesso alle luppolature d’oltreoceano con Pale Ale e Ipa a gradazione contenuta che lasciano grande spazio d’espressione anche a luppolature in stile New England.
